- Custom-made or personalized gemstones are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance for the return package.

- Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
